This online event unites young gamers from schools around the world to compete in Valorant and Rocket League, fostering fair play, sportsmanship, and a competitive spirit. Participants will have the chance to showcase their gaming skills and collaborate with teammates, contributing to a dynamic esports experience.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Participation Details:

  • Entry Limit: 1 team per school

  • Eligibility:

    • Valorant & Rocket League: Open to students from Grades 9 to 12

    • Note: Schools outside of Asia can only participate in Rocket League, not Valorant, due to server compatibility and latency issues with Valorant.

  • Tentative Dates: Friday, September 20, 2024 – Tuesday, October 1, 2024

  • Timings: After school hours and weekend matches (as scheduled by players and admins)

Team Composition:

  • Valorant:

    • A complete team of 5 players with 1 substitute (substitute joins only after the replaced player has left).

  • Rocket League:

    • 2 players per team (no substitutes unless necessary).

Tournament Format:

  • Valorant: Double Elimination Bracket

  • Rocket League: Single Elimination Bracket
    Note: Fixtures will be drawn live to ensure fairness.

  • Valorant Semi-Finals and Finals: Best of 3 (BO3) format, with map vetoes conducted by team leaders before each match.

Cheating Prevention:

  • Camera Requirements:

    • Participants must have two devices on Discord: one for face view and another for setup view (including face/body).

Streaming:

  • Matches will be streamed with a delay on a private voice channel to prevent stream sniping.

Event Awards:

  • Champion Award (All Games)

  • Most Valuable Player (MVP) Award (Valorant, Rocket League)

  • Grand Finals MVP Award (Valorant, Rocket League)

  • Best Individual Play Award (Valorant, Rocket League)

  • Community Choice Award (All Games)
